Touch Fly 2 no internet connection

when i purchased my new pad it worked perfact registered it and started downloading apps. But now when i try to connect it to the internet on wifi it starts scanning and says "unable to scan". So i went and tried hooking it direct with a cable and it says network can not config, my internet connection is working wifi and cable i have it connected to other computers. I did a hard reset and wiped user data and all my apps off of the tablet but still can not connect. i am running build number deb-r2.1.1480. Can someone please help me I am going on a cruise and really wanted to take my android with me! im leaving sunday! thanks so much

I had an issue like this on mine. It was quickly solved by adding a micro-sd card.

hi, i have this same issue but and i added a 4gb
microsdand it is stillnot connecting is there anything i need to doin the setting
