Hello all,
I recently bought a Touchmate TM MID850 and was using it without any problem.until someday the battery died, it never turned on again after I charged it. It gets stuck in the Android screen with the little green robot running from side to side. I have read and watched several possible solutions, but none of them worked. So far I can get to the screen where the robot lies dead (pushing the power and volume down buttons at the same time), but I can't access the menu to reset it. Does anyone have any extra tip? The computer also doesn't recognize it, and I was wondering about formatting it with a flash drive, but I have no boot files... I tried to get in touch with Touchmate, but they just don't care enough to answer back.
