transfer apps to sd

so i have rooted today my asus TF300t and i would like to store my apps(large games) on my sd but couldn't really find any working apps for it
does someon knows a good app to do that?

those apps wont work mate as they are for the way android used to partition the internal storage, to save apps to data you need to unlock your bootloader and flash a kernel that supports data2sd and then you need to set your sd card properly then you can use the sd card like extra internal storage
