Transfer Dreamweaver CS4 program from PC to my tablet?

I'm looking to buy the Samsung tablet. However I have a question. I'm building a web-site with Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 program. I would love to know if I would be able to transfer the program from PC to my tablet?

The tablet doesn't have an external hard drive, so how would I transfer my DWCS4 software?

Any information you could provide for me would be greatly appreciated.

at this point you can't - dreamweaver was written for Windows (or Mac) and x86, your tablet is likely ARM based and runs on Android
