Transfer Movies to External SD

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and now have run out of memory so nothing will work. I was downloading movies from piratebay which is an available app on the tablet and run it through a Utorrent. I want to know how to step by step how to transfer my movies to my external SD card.

You will need a file browser like Astro then you can move whatever is on internal memory (usually /sdcard0) to external sdcard.
