[This post will get updated with active & working USB devices *after* I get my hands on one... but in the meantime: HELP!]
Owned: Unlocked T-Mobile Dash 3G [HTC MAPL] with [* 3VOLUTION SERIES *][WM6.5.X STD 23137][Build 3VO.3.50.122710] ROM on AT&T.
Why do I keep this old phone? When all else fails, most important thing in life is cheap emergency internet access - and unlocked WinMo 6.1/6.5 has Internet Sharing through USB on the CHEAP via AT&T with unlimited "Mobile Internet"/WAP-based subscription. [If you don't tell, I won't either.] Yeah it's not the fastest, but for email, occasional web browsing, etc - it's perfect!
And yes, I've tried my damnedest to find the answer here in searching the forums and other places, etc...
Question : Is there a way to connect, and get the Transformer to recognize, the WinMo6.5 Internet Sharing via the USB (on Dash or any 6.1/6.5 device - as WinMo "should" be the same on that issue)?
