Traveltek M960D1 - Will Not Boot Past Android Screen

my traveltek will not boot past android screen cannot get it into recovery mode . does any one no how I can reinstall an android operating system?

Tried to do that and several other things . the corruption must be in the operating system before it is capable of doing the factory reset . plus the link you gave goes to 404 error
