Trio Stealth Lite Won't Go Past Loading Page

I just gotta an android trio stealth lite 4.3 for Christmas it worked for the 1st few days then with out warming it stopped loading. It power on shows the first two pages then when it shows TRIO loading. It freezes and i can't even turn offwithout the reset bitten. What can I do to fix this or is there any hope. I don't even know how to contact customer service. Can anyone help me

Have you tried to factor reset it? One of the following combos may work for you:

This tablet sounds defective, freezing most likely means kernel panic, hardware failure.

For those with the stealth lite, I found that the firmware for the Iview 420TPC is compatible with the stealth lite. It actually updates it to jellybean 4.2 and has the google play included.
