trouble deleting emails

I can send my read emails to the trash, but every time I try to delete from the trash, they all seem to come right back into incoming emails all over again - any suggestions?Thank you - Walter.

I have the very same problem. Using the built in email program on the Iconia. POP account on cox.net

Is there any sort of help file built into the email app? I am very new to the Iconia (less than a week) and find many apps such as Firefox (I use Firefox on my PC's with no problem at all since help is built into them) do not have help files. Many of the downloaded apps do not seem to have help files and I find myself confused by some of them not having some kind of help. Is there any special key on the Iconia that brings up help files that I have not discovered?
