unable to access to android market

Hi all,

Kindly help me, as i wanted to format my e-tab, i selected factory reset and after which i lost all my data settings. Now when I'm accessing Android market and creating my google a/c im unable to, i tryed with creating new a/c also but I'm unable to use. So pls assist me how to resolve this issue

Did you sign in with your original login? You can always reset your.login info on a PC through Gmail.com

may be a shot in the dark,
after the reset did you make sure the wifi connection is setup
some tablets ask for an acount before you setup the connection
