My wife has brought a 10.2 " capacitive multi touch tablet pc android 4.0 ice cream sandwich, it was working fine then my daughter deleted some thing, and now all it says when we turn it on is unfortunately launcher has stopped. we have done system restore but no good. It is out of warranty,is there anyone who can help me out.

I'd suggest you try doing another factory reset using one of the methods in this thread: http://www.androidtablets.net/threads/how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.62022/. If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying.
