Using Android Tablet with an external USB DAC for Maximum Audio Quality

I wish to buy a tablet to be used as a music player with an External DAC, but this feature is still not enabled on Android Devices.

There is an open issue on Google, but it still do not have enough stars to be considered.

Please, vote the issue, and save me from wasting my money buying an iPad
