Velocity Micro Cruz T301 Contacts- How can I edit my contacts?

I can do many things with my Cruz T301 tablet but I can not figure out how to edit my contacts on the device. I have my Google contacts syncing and can enter names into my email client and my contacts show up fine. Can someone please explain what I need to do to edit contacts locally, not via browser and wifi?Thanks,
