verizon tablet?

I'm considering getting an off contract tablet from Verizon while on ebay I saw all three available (16, 32, and the 64) but I noticed that they were barely updated to 4.0 so my main concern is how's the developer scene for this tablet? Are you guys generally happy with this tablet and how new/recent is this tablet? Am I able to use my Galaxy Nexus 4G sim card for this tablet instead of the pre-installed sim?

I'm guessing you're specifically asking about the XYBoard. AFAIK it hasn't been a very well supported or very popular tablet and was pretty much sold only by cell providers. That may be a reason to consider an alternative. It isn't a bad tablet just not very popular.
