Video file cannot be played

Having a frustrating question with my G-Tab and my 32GB micro SD card. The card will recognized video file I put on it, but when I go to play them, no matter which video player I use, stateds "Cannot play Video". However, when I play the same video from a USB stick, playback not a problem. All other files are able to be accessed for the Micro SD card.

Does anyone have any advice????
