Viewpad 10s upgrade to a better Android version

I recently purchased a refurbished Viewsonic 10s, but it doesn't have google market place.
It doesn't play youtube and so on...

I wanted to upgrade to a better version, but I am not getting the instructions...

And if I do get the instructions the files I need to download are not available any longer.

I was watching a youtube video on how to do this but...

I pressed on the two buttons together on top for more than two seconds while the tablet was attached to the computer but nothing happened... even for longer....

I would appreciate if anyone could update the links and instructions again and post it here...

Thanks, I was able to upgrade to 3.2... Now my next question is there 4.0 or better?

Sorry my english. You can upgrade to 4.1 with JELLYPAD or VEGABEAN, both are installed on the microSD, so you have to make a partition ext4. I have tried both and jellypad has a little more trouble with hypersensibility so i'm using vegabean.
