Viewsonic is really going all out this year for Mobile World Congress 2012. They are bringing five new Android devices and one Windows tablet to the table at the press event this year. One of the devices, a new smartphone, uses the same Retina display that is in the iPhone. We have several pics for you, and you can see them scattered about the article. The aesthetics of some of these devices make them worth a second look.

Here is a breakdown on what we know about the phones' specs:
ViewPhone 4s - (This one looks like an Apple lawsuit waiting to happen.)
  • Android 4.0/ICS
  • 3.5 screen with 640x960 pixel Retina display
ViewPhone 4e - (This is obviously a budget-friendly device.)
  • 3.5-inch screen with HVGA resolution
  • Android 4.0/ICS
  • 650MHz processor
  • Two SIM slots
ViewPhone 5e - (It if has decent specs, this could be intriguing to some.)
  • Android 4.0/ICS
  • 5-incher with WVGA resolution
Here is a breakdown on what we know about the tablets' specs:
ViewPad G70 -
  • 7-inch IPS display with 1024x600 resolution
  • Android 4.0/ICS
ViewPad E100 -
  • 9.7" Screen with 1024x768 res
  • HDMI-out
  • Android 4.0/ICS
ViewPad P100 - (Included for the sake of thoroughness.)
  • 10" screen with 1280x800 resolution
  • 1.6GHz Intel processor
  • Windows

Although most of the specs are fairly vague, it's nice to see the Android devices area all running ICS. It remains to be seen if they will have decent enough specs to garner a second look, but we will know something for sure next week. Stay tuned for our MWC coverage.
