Visual basic, powerpoint and android

I have several powerpoint games that I use to help my students review and study with. The reason that I am thinking about getting a tablet is to help improve my ability to manage and prepare my classes. If I buy a tablet with Android 4.0, will I be able to run the powerpoint files on it? They require visual basic.
