Vizio Update Service - Frozen - But then Unfrozen on Reboot

Following in the footsteps of others in this forum I used "AppManager" to freeze the Vizio Update Service.

It stays frozen but when I reboot it shows up as unfrozen.

Am I doing something wrong- has anyone else checked to see if the service is staying frozen?
