Ok so I got this thing and I love it. But every now and then when I turn it off to sleep, it won't wake up by pushing on the power button. Nothing works, charging it or holding down the power. The only thing that works is doing the pin & hard reset. In the past week, I have had to do the hard reset about 5 times. Nothing is lost when I reset it and the power level is right where I left it. Any ideas? And is there an official site to go to to check for firmware updates for Ramos tablets? Thanks
