Want a 10" Tablet

I'm really confused on all the different tablet offerings. I have been researching 10" tablets for a couple of weeks now and still do not know what I want. I do know this, it has to be under $200.00. I though i had gotten a HP TouchPad 32gb for $150.00 thru Amazon but just received an email 4 days after placing order that the seller onSale was out of stock. I started getting suspicious when they did not respond to emails but I could not cancel the order in time to be able to purchase through some place else. Any ways, I do want an android os (I jumped on the HP because of the price) preferably one that is upgradable. I do have some experience with hacking especially with guidance. I have seen a lot of Tabs for Korea and China advertised but I am afraid of the quality and of their support. I would be open to those if anyone as had any experience with them and their support.
