Want to add a webcam to my android 2.3 tablet

I would like to add my usb camera to the tablet I bought a few months ago, in addition to the built in camera. Is there a way of doing that? I have plugged it into the usb socket and the camera light comes on but how do I get to view on the screen what is being picked up by the camera?
It is a Disgo 7000 running gingerbread 2.3 OS and it has been rooted.

I'm pretty certain that can't be done. You see a light only because it detects power but USB WEB cams normally require drivers. If it doesn't say Android is supported it won't work.

That's what I thought. I've been searching all over the place but I got nothing. The only reason I asked was because I can't use the video on Skype with this tablet. The tablet shows that the carrier is China Telecom so I suppose that is the reason I can't use Skype. Oh well. I guess I will have to save up and buy a "proper" tablet

It's a Disgo 7000 and it runs on gingerbread 2.3 I think it is a Infotmic tablet?
