I am so confused with this whole 3G thing I don't know what to do. I want to buy the S7 before the sales end but now I am terrified that I will not get the 3G to work. Do I go to a at&t store and purchase a data plan and they give me a sim card at that point to put in the S7. Someone please help, read the thread and I am more confused than ever. I want to be able to get on the internet during the day when I am away from my router I do not need to use the S7 as a phone.

May I suggest to you since there is no longer a restocking fee, buy it, try it, and return if it doesn't work for you the way you want. Just keep all materials in the box with receipt. My att regular plan with family data worked for me. But I never did get 3g to work, but I didn't try very hard either. Good luck!
