Wanted: Document Library Application

Hello,

I have a bunch of documents on my tablet in all kinds of formats like PDF, DOC, EPUB, TXT, etc., and I have all the applications installed to display the documents.

I would like a way to manually put them all in a big catalog (although a search feature would be acceptable.) Adding subject Groups would be a high-value feature (car, travel, health, house, tech, etc.)

I don't want to sync or import anything, and I don't use any "cloud" resources; all documents are in the tablet's memory.

I found an application called All-in-One Organizer that looks like it will meet my needs. You can create named collections of stuff and in the collections you can make entries for documents, images in memory, take photos, write notes, record website URLs, shortcuts to apps, and voice notes. It also has a search function, a Google search function, a Wikipedia Search function, a basic calculator, and a calender interface. I think it was $2.50
