Could someone tell me what is Flytouch? I ordered this on e-bay:

The tablet is rooted and it has Flash 10.1
I get mine from Dealz Central on E-Bay. They are great. He's trying to get me to spend a little more on a c71 7" cortex Android 2.3 4G tablet. It's about $70 more. I'm not sure what I should do. Or, should I get a honeycomb?
I do not want to spend a lot, even though I always get the square deal package. My daughter already has a 17" laptop. She wants a 7" to carry with her to college classes for a portfolio and research.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
