what video is best to play

I see that an mpeg4 is OK to play on this tablet but I don't know what fps, frame size, video bitrate.
I have a free program called Any Video Converter and it will let me set these values.
Is the tablet limited by the screen and processor?

If you're familiar with app "Handbrake", I know that mpegs decoded there with the "iPod" configuration play fine in the S7. You'll have to look up what values the "iPod" configuration has for each catgory (I'm not sure).
