My job requires that I take notes on-site when I'm at various locations. I'm looking for a free app that allows you to create a template of a form with custom fields. For instance, I load up the app, choose Template "Residential Homes" and all of my fields appear like
Roofing: __________
Siding: __________
Decks: ___________
...
and I simply fill it in and when finished it can upload the data or email it to myself. I'd prefer a free app if possible.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
