where are epub files stored?

I have "hundreds" of ebook files stored on my pc. I was wondering where the would be uploaded to on my Thrive so that my Nook icon can find them. I had a search of the directory of the thrive, but could find no place. currently they at=re sitting on my sd card awaiting recognition

I have all my Camera ebook files on my SD card i made a new folder and rename it, as far as i know it don't matter where you put them, as long as the ebook reader can find them.
