Where is the bin on Nexus 7 (v4.4.4)?

I sent a lot of photos on my nexus 7 to the "bin" but when I connected to my pc there they were, although the nexus is saying "No photos".
My question is: How can I empty the bin to delete stuff comletely, or does it just keep filling up until the tablet is overloaded?

As far as I know there is no "bin" recycle area. Maybe more explanation would help.
