Where To Get RJ45./USB Adapter for 8650-Based Tablet?

I have acquired a MID tablet that is WM8650 based and it didn't come with the silver adapter that plugs into the base that gives you an Ethernet and some USB sockets. Can anyone help here with information as to where I can get a replacement from? Thanks.

I have but there don't seem to be any available right now, is the connector the same as the Samsung 30-pin USB OTG adapters?
