Which Android Tablets are known to work with video chat?

I'm about to buy a tablet mainly to be able to video chat with my 2 year old while I travel for work. I thought that surely Skype or some other app would be readily available for Android tabs and for our PC at home. After reading a lot, it sounds like this is not the case.

Unfortunately, the IPAD 2 is the only tablet that I've read has a "guaranteed" video chat feature/app (Skype for IPAD). I almost bought the Toshiba Thrive because I like the ports, then I read that people were having trouble finding video chat apps that work.

So, my question is: Which android tablets are KNOWN to work with video chat? I see a lot of posts about problems, but maybe 95% of people have no problems video chatting and only the problems get posted. Anyway, any suggestions of tablet/app combinations that work would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS!

I have the Asus Transformer and have used google voice with no issues.
