I would like to buy a tablet for my mom. Because of the nature of her business, she needs to take photos of patients regularly. Her ipad's camera has very low resolution, which makes the photos kind of hard to see. So does anyone know which tablets have good cameras?
I know some phones have very good camera, but phone's screen is too small.. I need something that's at least 7 inch.

Check out the Asus Fonepad 7, which features a 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera, plus a 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with a 100 continuous-shot ‘burst’ mode and 1080p full HD video recording.

The Xperia Z tablet overshadows all of the above. Its 8 megapixel camera is built with the same modules as leading Sony cameras, for the highest quality results.

Exactly. High pixel counts really means you can blow up a photo to poster size without pixelation, but may not translate into a great quality photo.

At the end of the day, no tablet camera has yet proven that it can replace a standard $150 point-and-shoot camera (yes, even the Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone with a 41 megapixel camera sensor still falls short). The Samsungs and Sonys can get the job done, but the camera experience with the two devices could be better. A lot better.

too show pictures 7inch tablet remain too small,8 inch seems appropriate, here I recommand two excellent andriod tablets I have sent for my friends as birthday gift, this ONDA-V801-8-Inch, its max resolution is 1024*768, and this a802-android-4-2-quad-core is a bit lower but cheaper. you can do a reference, hope it helps!
