Why arent certain apps available?

I have a viewsonic gtab 2.3.3 with vegan tab. I was forced to reboot a week ago and just noe realized that many of the apps like skype, facebook, even youtube are no longer available in my market. Can anyone tell me what happened?

If I remember correctly this is due to a possible up date that changes what the devices calls it self. If you search the gtab forum for the market fix, it describes how to verify and change what the device calls it self. If you follow the fix procedure that might take care of it. That is the only thing that comes to mind that may cause Alps to disappear.
