why wont my d2 tablet download anything?

It worked at first but now when i try now it says download unsuccessful.my internet connection is good so what is wrong I have enough space on my internal storage and SD card. so what do I need to do to fix it so I can download stuff again?

What exactly are you trying to download, and what app are you using?

The Google Play Store App is what I'm assuming you are talking about. If so, go to settings - apps - all and find the app. Tell it to clear the cache and restart. If that doesn't work remove your Google account, restart then add the account back in.

Out of the box the D2-721 is not Google certified and only comes with Amazon appstore and 1Mobile. Is yours rooted?
