Wifi-Only Version of HTC Flyer Pre-Order Available for €499 in Germany

The 7-inch HTC Flyer has been listed for pre-order with retailer Cyberport in Germany for €499, with no strings (contracts) attached.

The HTC Flyer is also listed with Android 2.4 Gingerbread (which we know will be customized with HTC Sense), a 7" 1024x600 capacitive display with an active stylus, a 5MP camera, bluetooth 3.0, GPS and wifi n. It also lists the Qualcomm MSM8255 as the processor, which is strange considering that new Qualcomm processors without the integrated modem are now supposed to come with the APQ prefix instead (Anandtech's Qualcomm Krait preview), so this use of nomenclature is a little confusing. The inclusion of GPS in the wifi-only model is sensible, and atypical for most wifi-only tablets available on the market today.
