Will Any Screen Replacement Do?

I got my screen all scratched up, and I want to replace it. Problem is, finding a screen replacement is impossible for this obscure brand. Will any 10.1 inch screen replacement do?

I did some searching, and I'm pretty sure that this is the tablet that I have:

Edit: I should be able to replace the glass on the screen. Surely, buying a whole new tablet isn't my only option?!
