Window or tiled app

Does anyone know of an app that will allow two programs to run at once. I looking to be able to switch between two apps by swiping or touching an individual window like you do on a PC. I have an Acer A510 tablet.

There are a few windowed apps.

Overskreen - browser
LilyPad HD - IM chat client
Stick It! - video/YouTube player
AirCalc - calculator
Air Term - floating terminal window

There may be others, but there is not a way to make the average app realizable like on Windows.
