Windows 8 Asus Tab Keeps Shutting Down

AFTER AN AUTOMATIC UPDATE THE TABLET KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN, I TURN IT ON BARELY HAVE TIME TO LOG IN WHEN IT AUTOMATICALLY SHUTS DOWN, HAVE TRIED EVEYRYTHING. IT GOES THROUGH THE BOOTING PROCESS, AND IMMEDIATELLY AFTER STARTS SHUTTING DOWN.. CAN ANYONE HELP? Please.....
