Wireless Signal Strength

Hi Everyone,
I don't know about anyone else that owns a gTablet, but at least with mine..my wifi signal strength falls off rather quickly. I use a linksys broadband router ( Model# WRT54G ) to send out the wireless signal to the other computers in our home..both a desktop with a wireless adapter and several windows os based laptops. Those systems show excellent signal strength, but like right at this moment, I have my gtab here with me here in our spare bedroom..approximately 50 feet from the router, my laptop shows excellentstrengthh while the gtab only shows two bars out of three. Evidently the wifi antenna installed in the gtab is a piece of crap ! Does anyone else have the same issue, and if so..can it be corrected ?

I read somewhere "don't worry about the amount of bars" if you have a signal and getting connected you are good. Mine does that also, sometimes a lot of bars and sometimes only one bar and that is sitting in the same place. I notice all bars are lit in my throne room.
