Witstech A81G or the Herotab M802? Please help

I have to crack the whip. It is one or the other. It would be the Mid816 but wont be here in time for santa. I am really haveing a hard time deciding. So what you experts think?

I will be getting the GPS version of this if I go this route

My concern for either is shipping location. This is not a knock against Merimobiles, but they generally transship, So make sure you know delivery time. I personally would choose the WITS for the existing 2.2 experience, but the tablet is not as rugged in my opinion as the Herotab. The a81G is basically the E Case and the M802 is consistent with other Herotab case design
How clumsy/rough are you? That would be my final determiner. Otherwise, it is a toss in the hat.

Shipping from china using DHL was awesome. Left China Sunday morning 2am and arrived in Tennessee Tues. merimobiles.com did a great job....
