WM8650 Some Problems About Android Market ,Yahoo messenger & Skype

I am Using WM8650 Green Led,Vibration,Black Ear Jack Chinese tablet with Rooted Rom but still i have some problems Android markets is not updated a lot of apps are missing i tried to fix it but no success. 2-Yahoo messenger 1.4 is not working if i try to signin it is asking to reinstall again n again no Video Call & Voice Call for 1.3.4 also. 3-Skype is not working with latest and old Versions not signing in...Please help me to sort all the issues. Android Market is updated 2.3.6

It may be an issue regarding "unofficial" or unupported devices such as the WM8650. All of a sudden I also had the same problems with my Maylong M-250. I ref lashed my tablet several times with different ROMs but to no avail.
