I have a Wm8650 model # M806S. It was not not on and unused for about 2 weeks. Now after I have tried turning it on or charging, all I get is the screen with the Android on it and the kernel 2.6.32, build number V1.3.1 in the bottom corner. i have tried charging over night and I still can't get it turn completely on? Help?
