Wonder Media WM8650 Android 7" Tablet Android OS not working How do I reload

Hey Folks,

I just got a Wonder Media WM8650 Android 7" tablet. Everything works but cannot connect to the Android App store. I also cannot do anything that requires the Android operating system. I would like to know how to delete the current system and reload it. Preferably download it. Or buy the software.
