wondermedia wm8650 help

I bought my husband a wondermedia wm8650. He forgot his password and I dont know how to reset it. Also he wanted to restore it back to factory settings and I have tried everything and have been upable to do so. Any help would be great!

Might be able to do it by the little 'reset' pin hole
