I just received my refurbished Andriod 2.2 tablet from Ebay and it won't turn on. Before I send it back, I want to make sure it's not me who just doesn't know how to turn it on. It is fully charged. At 1st, I thought maybe that was the problem. When I press the on/off button, the light turns blue but the screen doesn't light up or turn on. I noted that their is a reset button. Should I try resetting it. Help! It was for my daughters b-day present. Her b-day is today and she's really bummed
