Hi all,

first off thank-you all for the sound advise you have given me so far, but if i may can i pick your brains once again. As you know i am trying to find out what make & model i have, I am going into settings, then i click on about device and a message then comes up "The application settings process com.android. settings has stopped unexpectedly. please try again. I try again but get the same thing, has anybody any ideas please?

All you need is an apps called "Droid System" this will give you all the info you need.(can't remember where I got it from e.g: slideme, or soc.io mail) anyhow it is a free apps.
