wpa2 wifi issue with 7024

I rooted my 7024 to 2.3.3 and it connects fine and works great at home (open net) but when i take it to work using there WPA /wpa2 it dont connect. I put the right password in and even tethered my phone and the same wpa settings and it works. just not understanding. Any roms with better wifi drivers out there..? tks first time post..

Ok I walk up to other side of work and wifi connected on what im guessing is older wifi boosters. Now I know its a driver issue / non combatable . Does the a rom or a different root change drivers or am I out of luck. ???
