Xmas prezzie e touch 10'' and need advice on user manuel etc

Hi I have got a e touch 10'' for xmas but can' t seem to find the user manual which was supposed to be in a pdf file on it any links for user guides etc would be useful and also if anyone has any advice as to whether I can get flashplayer it is Android 2.1

You won't be able to get flash but any android for beginners guide should be enough to help you get started
