Youtube and Kindle Store Query

Hey there,

I am new to this forum and apologise if this has been answered ad nauseum. I have tried installing the Youtube app on my tablet and it keeps crashing, has anyone else experienced this? Also, how do I access the Kindle store to purchase books once I have downloaded the Kindle app?
