Zenithink ztpad c94 tablet not charging

Hello,
I bought a zenithink tablet 3 weeks ago. all was well till this morning. It was running fine last night. I put it on the charger overnight. I got up this morning and i get this battery icon with a exclamation point on it. It will not boot. I tried hooking it up to my pc. it will boot thru the usb cable but still will not charge the battery. I did a factory reset thinking something i installed was messing with it. But still doing the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes i am using the charger that came with the phone as well as the usb cord. thanks for replying

Maybe try exchanging it if its only been three weeks. Battery shouldn't be going kaput so soon.

Yea i am trying to see about exchanging it. waiting to hear from their tech guy. but nothing so far. will see how it goes. thanks for the help.
